The 3000 sq. ft site is north-east facing and corner plot residence in Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad with clean visible lines in the elevation that catches all the attention of the passers.

The client brief was precise – an extravagant home, comfortably accommodating all the requirements of 3 families on a 3000 sq. ft. corner plot in a dense residential area in Surya Nagar. The core design principles we adopted in this dwelling were that of luxury, grandeur, comfort and sophistication. The residence was to be designed for 3 different families, whose major focus was on getting a luxurious residence designed according to the vastu guidelines.
